I know enough Python to be the 'go to' guy in the department, but it isn't my first choice.<br /><br />For constrained systems (like ARM embedded Linux devices with soft-float), Lua really does shine. Where Python is sluggish, Lua starts and runs very quickly (2-3 times faster).
